Summary

Application:Fine polyurethane screen mesh is widely used in metallurgical mines, coal, nonferrous metals and other industries, mesh seam 0.075mm to 3mm, opening rate 28% to 45%.After many years of application, its average service life is more than 6 months, screen seam >0.3mm service life is longer.

Screen features:

1.Slit sieve hole, sieve hole support strip is wedge-shaped structure, support strip is embedded with high strength wire drawing strip;

2.With a high opening rate, the opening rate in the mesh area of the screen mesh <0.2mm can reach 25-30% (the smaller the screen joint is, the lower the opening rate is).

3.Screen seam size is accurate, ± deviation less than 10mm, regular shape without burr;

4.Screen has elasticity, not easy to plug holes;

5.It can be installed and used with Derrick stacking screen machine.
