Overview: laminated screen (laminated high frequency vibration fine screen) is composed of ore distributor, ore feeder, screen frame, rubber spring, anti-blocking wear-resistant polyester screen, electric vibrator, bracket, collection bucket, etc.
The minimum separation particle size is 0.074mm.
Mainly used in coal, iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore (tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium), quartz sand, feldspar, kaolin concentrate particle size control and classification, can be shoveled to improve the concentrate grade.
Characteristic:
- The concentration of iron ore and ilmenite increased by 1% ~ 3% and the moisture content of filter cake decreased by 0.5% ~ 1%.
- The recovery rate of tungsten, tin, tantalum and niobium ore can be increased by 8% ~ 15%, and the processing capacity of grinding system can be increased by more than 20 ~ 30%.
- Multi-channel parallel connection, small space occupation.Maximum can realize five parallel, large processing capacity, high screening efficiency.
