Technical features
1. Highly integrated design , small footprint , high separation accuracy, longer mud service life.
2. Adopt the integrated waste mud treatment system, which can realize the complete circulation of mud without any external discharge;
3. The dust-free dosing system makes the environment of working site more cleaner;
4. Adopt automatic control system,which achieve more simpler operation , more higher work efficiency ,more better mixing effect and save drug costs.
5. The maximum handling capacity is up to 400 m³/h, which is higher than currently conventional continuous wall and pipe jack equipment, and better separation results. Effectively reduce harmful solids recycling crushes, and reduce slurry producing possibility. So as to prolong slurry life, and derive better slurry performance. Furthermore, it will reduce line and bid frication to reduce energy consumption, improve boring speed and save time cost.
6. The water content of comprehensive slag discharge is less than 30%, which can realize dry material transportation and save transportation cost.
7. The particle size 20µm can keep the mud in good circulation condition and increase useful time, reduce the amount of waste slurry discharge, thus, saving the cost of drug and environment can be saved.
8. Advance technique: ellipse+linear double trajectory technique.
Shale shaker adopts variable direction balance elliptical motion which is achieved by two vibrators.Clockwise motion applies for hard material, anticlockwise motions applies to soft material. This dual motion design guarantee no sand accumulating, no sticking screen and solids material easily being broke problem.It also solves the problem of difficult separation for different materials on site.
