OSTE sludge separation technology
1. Equipment for separating oily wastewater with high oil content;
2. Adopting efficient cyclone separation technology, with low operating costs and high work efficiency.
Summarize
OSTE sludge separation technology is an equipment for oil, water and solid three-phase separation of fine particulate matter with high liquid content and ground oil sludge produced in the process of oil exploitation, storage, gathering, transportation and processing.
The system is divided into three parts: pretreatment unit, desliming unit and oil-water separation unit.
The main function of the system is to recover crude oil from the mixture of oil, water and solid with high liquid content, and to ensure that the mud and water can reach the corresponding retreatment indexes.

Technical features
- Low cost: compared with the centrifuge oil mud hot washing system, it adopts the lowest cost to deal with the oil slick waste which is relatively easy to deal with and the lowest cost.
- Low power: Total power of the system is within 20KW, which is far lower than that of other sludge treatment systems.
- Smaller footprint.
- The skid-mounted design is convenient for relocation and transportation.
- Automatic integrated control system, easy to operate.
