Liquid gas separator

Summary

The drilling liquid gas separator is used to treat the gas-bearing drilling fluid replaced by the throttle manifold to remove the large air and gas bubbles in the drilling fluid.When gas cut occurs in the drilling fluid, throttling and venting should be carried out.The drilling fluid enters the liquid-gas separator from the throttle manifold for primary degassing.

Technical features

1. U-shaped pipe design, bottom drainage, constant liquid level, not easy to accumulate sand in the tank, and easy to remove;

2. By installing gas evacuation channel on separating panel to improve the gas separate effect;

3. Impact resistance flange are installed at each corner for extending equipment service life and can be replaced timely according to wear;

4. Special lifting base is available for fast installation at work site;

5. DNV, ASME, NACE0175, API 12J, and other international certificates are available basing on requirement.

6. Design the gauge range and installation position according to the user's requirements, such as installing the gauge to the ground to a height suitable for observation through pipeline design

7. The safety valve release line can be designed and installed according to user's requirement.
